Admin Executive - Male

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with employees to provide the administrative support and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage the day-to-day office operations, including facility maintenance, office supplies and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock of office essentials.
  • Support project coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and management as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management and operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in facilities management and event coordination is a plus.
