
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with employees to provide the administrative support and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the day-to-day office operations, including facility maintenance, office supplies and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock of office essentials.
- Support project coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and management as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in facilities management and event coordination is a plus.
