Job Summary:
The Renewal Executive will be responsible for managing and processing tenant lease renewals, maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely follow-ups, and coordinating between tenants and landlords to achieve high renewal retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact tenants prior to lease expiry to discuss renewal terms and conditions.
- Prepare renewal offers, tenancy contracts, and related documentation.
- Negotiate rent renewal rates as per company policy and management approvals.
- Update and maintain tenant records in the property management system.
- Coordinate with the accounts and legal departments for contract finalization and Ejari registration (if applicable).
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor lease expiry reports and maintain renewal tracking sheets.
- Follow up with tenants for rent payments, renewals, and required documents.
- Prepare periodic reports on renewal status and renewal rates.
- Support the leasing team with tenant communication and administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lease renewal, property management, or real estate administration.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Familiarity with Ejari, RERA regulations, and UAE tenancy laws (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
