Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the Head Office to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office facilities, including utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and security arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
- Handle procurement and inventory of stationery, office equipment, and administrative consumables.
- Maintain records of assets, contracts, agreements, and administrative documentation.
- Support HR in administrative matters such as attendance coordination, onboarding logistics, and office arrangements.
- Manage transport, travel, and accommodation arrangements for staff as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Assist in organizing meetings, internal events, and official gatherings.
- Monitor administrative expenses and support budget control.
- Liaise with landlords, government offices, and utility service providers when required.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle vendors and internal stakeholders professionally.
