Business Growth Specialist

vehiclesKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct monthly inspections of company vehicles and bikes. Submit a report of findings/observation found in the inspection.</li><li>Issue work orders for vehicle and bike maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Maintain and regularly update vehicle and bike maintenance registers and Excel data.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenances vendors to resolve maintenance and operational issues.</li><li>Verify monthly vehicle maintenance bills and ensure timely submission for on-time payments.</li><li>Manage vehicle insurance matters, including renewals and claim processing.</li><li>Coordinate with drivers and vehicle users regarding maintenance schedules and related issues.</li><li>Verify vehicle logbooks and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.</li><li>Check vehicle challans, and coordinate with users for timely clearance of challan.</li><li>Provide regular guidance and updates to drivers and users regarding fleet policies, procedures, safety, and maintenance protocols.</li><li>Maintain updated records of all vehicles along with assigned user and driver details.</li><li>Ensure overall compliance, proper utilization, and effective management of the company's vehicles.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs1.00 - Rs50.00 per monthWork Location: In person
