Hiring IT Sales Manager - for Lahore

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to develop effective strategies and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

i: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
ii: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
iii: Build and maintain strong client relationships
iv: Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
v: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
vi: Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals
Handle key client accounts and close high-value deals
Improve sales processes for better efficiency and conversion

Skills & Requirements

i: Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
ii: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
iii: Leadership and team management experience
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on results

Qualifications:

i: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
ii: MBA (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience
i: 4–5 years of experience in sales

KPIs / Performance Metrics

i: Monthly/quarterly sales targets
ii: Revenue growth
iii: Lead conversion rate, Team performance & productivity
iv: Client acquisition and retention

Office Location:
Gulberg III, Near Guru Mangat Road, Lahore.
Monday to Saturday (Onsite Job)
Office Timings 5:30 pm to 2:30 am (night Shift)
