Executive Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an Executive Sales Coordinator for the Lahore office

Key Responsibilities:

i: Prepare comprehensive sales, stock, and price comparison reports for management review

ii: Develop and maintain product pricing structures and detailed price list workings

iii: Generate sales analysis reports to support strategic and operational decisions

iv: Update and maintain sales data across multiple business units in shared systems

v: Calculate monthly and quarterly incentives for dealers and distributors as per company policy

vi: Process incentive calculations for direct dealers and promotional campaigns

vii: Review and finalize incentive workings with senior management before communication

viii: Manage long-term incentive programs and performance-based dealer rewards

ix: Prepare achievers’ lists based on predefined performance criteria

Coordinate documentation and logistics for incentive tours and reward programs

x: Calculate and manage quarterly promotional items based on sales performance

xi: Support internal welfare/trust program documentation and coordinate with accounts

xii: Perform additional analytical, reporting, and coordination tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Competencies:

i: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

ii: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards)

iii: Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo/SAP preferred)

iv: Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations

v: Strong coordination and communication skills

vi: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

i: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

ii: 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, reporting, or incentive management

iii: Experience in a distribution or corporate sales environment preferred

Location: Izmir Town, Lahore

Salary: 70k to 90k
