Finance Executive (Banking Operations)

Job Responsibilities – Finance Executive (Banking Operations)

· Prepare and maintain daily bank position reports to ensure accurate monitoring of funds across all accounts.

· Review and verify all daily incoming transactions for accuracy and proper recording.

· Ensure timely processing and proper documentation of backdated entries in the system.

· Monitor transactions to avoid duplication and maintain data integrity.

· Perform receipt confirmations against bank records and system entries.

· Download and attach bank statements, or obtain transaction verification from the bank (including telephonic confirmation in urgent cases).

· Conduct weekly “As On” expense verification and update the same in bank position reports.

· Manage and track weekly project reserve installments.

· Verify monthly incentives related to reserves to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Review and maintain monthly Zakat and charity records in line with reserve allocations.

· Maintain and monitor vehicle reserve accounts.

· Review the Bank Payment Voucher Report for all companies to ensure completeness and accuracy.

· Authorize and follow up on LC (Letter of Credit) transactions.

· Prepare and issue monthly bank statement confirmation letters to banks.

· Perform Bank Reconciliations (BRs) for all assigned companies to ensure accurate financial records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
