Job Title: Admin Executive(Operation Officer)

Location: Thalayolaparambu (Preference to nearby candidates)

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in office administration / accounts work

Age Limit: 25 – 45years

Qualification: Any Degree

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operation Officer with hands-on experience in office administration and basic accounting work. The candidate should be capable of handling daily office operations efficiently and supporting management with accurate records and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration activities
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks (billing, vouchers, data entry, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when required
  • Prepare reports and maintain operational data
  • Support target-based operational and administrative activities

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in office administration/accounts
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Candidates residing near Thalayolaparambu will be preferred

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
  • Incentives: Target-oriented commission (performance-based)
