What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• Manage work orders, maintenance requests, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain asset registers, documentation, and compliance records.
• Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Process purchase requests, invoices, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and cost tracking summaries.
• Update and maintain CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Support inventory and spare parts management.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in facility management or administrative roles.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
