Admin & Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

Administration

∙Vendor Management with good negotiation skills

∙Maintain proper documentation for administrative activities

∙Vehicle Management

∙Logistics coordination

Facility Management

∙Oversee operation and maintenance of infrastructure: office premises, electrical systems,

plumbing, etc.

∙Ensure workplace safety and fire safety

∙Supervise cleaning, pest control, and hygiene standards across office facilities

∙Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with facility vendors.

∙Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives (LED lighting, etc.)

∙Oversee AMC contracts and ensure service levels are met

∙Taking care of indoor Plants

Vehicle Management

∙Manage company-owned cars

∙Schedule and supervise regular maintenance, servicing, and repairs of all vehicles.

∙Ensure compliance with RTO regulations, insurance renewals, PUC certificates, and other

statutory requirements.

∙Manage driver schedules, discipline, training, and performance.

∙Plan routes, allocate vehicles for staff/guest movements, and monitor fuel consumption.

∙Maintain vehicle usage records, logbooks, and expense reports.

∙Ensure timely replacement/upgrade of vehicles as per usage and lifecycle.

People & Vendor Coordination

∙Liaise with internal departments for admin, facility, and transport requirements.

∙Manage contracts with facility management companies, security agencies, transport vendors, and housekeeping providers.

Skills & Competencies

∙Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

∙Knowledge of facility and vehicle management systems and statutory compliances.

∙Problem-solving

∙Computer literate

∙English speaking

∙Adaptable to changing environment due to AI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,323.19 - ₹59,779.82 per month
