Job Title: Admin (Female)Job Description:

We are seeking a Female Admin to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle emails, phone calls, data entry, and filing
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
  • Support general office operations as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in home country
  • UAE experience not mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
