1) Front Office Admin/ Office Co-ordinator cum Executive Assistant to Director
Job Profile:
1. All secretarial, administrative and data support for smooth running of the office
2. Handling on a day to day basis clients, vendors, etc who come into the office
3. Client Relationship Building & Management as strategized by Management
4. HR Management
5. Statutory & Legal Liasion with CA’s, Lawyers and Related Departments
6. Sending emails on behalf of Directors from time to time/ Corporate Communication & PR handling
7. All other logistics, event and office management and co-ordination work etc
Criteria:
1.Should be an extremely smart, presentable candidate and have had 8-12 years of experience in a
similar position in a reputed organization/MNC
2. Punctual, efficient & reliable as will be handling confidential information
3. Good writing and speaking skills in English (a CONVENT SCHOOL education background is a
must)
4. Adaptability and pleasant nature
5. Capacity to work well under pressure in a six-day working week
6. Knowledge of: MS Office, Internet, Tech Savy
7. Age: 35+ and preferably someone married
