Who we are:

The Administration Team is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all company facilities and offices. Our primary duties include managing infrastructure, security, housekeeping, travel, and vendor relationships to create a safe, productive, and cost-effective work environment. We oversee compliance with statutory requirements, optimize administrative processes, and maintain high standards of workplace safety and employee comfort.


What you work:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions across offices, including facilities, security, housekeeping, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to administration and facilities.
  • Manage budgets for administrative expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for procurement and maintenance of office infrastructure.
  • Supervise travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for employees.
  • Handle lease agreements, property management, and liaison with government authorities.
  • Drive initiatives for workplace safety, sustainability, and employee well-being.
  • Lead and mentor the administration team to ensure high performance and service quality.


Mandatory skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of facility management, vendor negotiations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost control.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations and resolve conflicts effectively.


Desired skills:

  • Experience in implementing digital tools for administrative processes.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and green office initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and office automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 20+ years of experience in administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
