Job Summary:
The HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This role helps ensure the smooth functioning of daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, recordkeeping, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and offer letters.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist with timekeeping, attendance records, and leave management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Provide administrative support to HR projects such as performance reviews, training, and policy updates.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (1–2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel), and digital recordkeeping.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Must be available for immediate joining.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
