Human Resources Support:
- Assisting with recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and managing candidate information.
- Facilitating the onboarding of new hires and ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Acting as a point of contact for employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Supporting payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.
- Administrative Support:
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinating office logistics, such as scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and arranging travel.
- Maintaining office infrastructure and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Handling correspondence, phone inquiries, and email communication.
- Keeping organized and up-to-date employee and administrative documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensuring company policies align with labor laws and regulations.
- Preparing HR reports for audits and maintaining records of attrition rates, headcount, and other metrics.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment laws and implementing necessary adjustments.
Required Skills
