Job Opening: Admin & HR Executive – Tread Planet General Trading LLC (Dubai, UAE)

Company Overview:
Tread Planet General Trading LLC is a UAE-based trading company engaged in import and export operations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Executive to support our day-to-day administrative, HR, and coordination tasks.

Position: Admin & HR Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE (preference for candidates currently in the Philippines willing to relocate or work remotely initially)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 2,500–3,500 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, correspondence, and document filing.
  • Assist in HR functions such as employee record management, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Support recruitment by posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage basic accounting and petty cash records (training will be provided if needed).
  • Coordinate with management for procurement, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth internal communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in admin or HR role (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Female candidates from the Philippines are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience working in small or growing organizations will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
