Job Description: Admin & HR Executive

Location: Vashi
Experience: 1–4 years
Qualification: Graduate (HR Relevant Experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

HR Functions:

  • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
  • Employee on boarding & documentation
  • Attendance, leave
  • Maintaining employee records & HR MIS

Admin Functions:

  • Office administration & vendor coordination
  • Maintaining office supplies & assets
  • Travel arrangements & guest coordination
  • Facility management & day-to-day office operations
  • Coordination with accounts for bills & expenses

Skills Required:

  • Good communication (English & Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word & email communication
  • Organized, multitasking & people-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
