Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office supplies, records, and filing systems
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations
  • Support daily office operations and coordination

Human Resources Duties

  • Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and employee orientation
  • Track attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
  • Assist with HR documentation, policies, and compliance
  • Support employee engagement and HR events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
