FL Motors is a 13-year-old auto spare parts company in the UAE, known for its strong industry presence and reliable service. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Assist with payroll preparation and coordination.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in line with UAE labor law.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support across departments.
Administration:
- Prepare letters, memos, and official documents as required.
- Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Support management in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
- Manage filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR & Admin experience in Dubai (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
