FL Motors is a 13-year-old auto spare parts company in the UAE, known for its strong industry presence and reliable service. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and coordination.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in line with UAE labor law.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support across departments.

Administration:

  • Prepare letters, memos, and official documents as required.
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and vendor services.
  • Support management in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Manage filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR & Admin experience in Dubai (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
