Admin & HR Manager

OhmSakthi Group of Companies is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team and build a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
  • Handle administrative activities such as office coordination, scheduling, record maintenance, and office supplies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate with management and departments for smooth HR and admin operations

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience,
