About Us

We are a fast-growing fit-out and renovation company in Dubai, specializing in commercial and residential transformations. We are looking for a proactive HR & Office Administrator who can handle both HR functions and administrative operations, particularly related to fit-out/renovation projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing for site workers and office staff.
  • Track attendance (office biometric, site logs, and field reports).
  • Process payroll, WPS, overtime, and benefits in compliance with UAE labor law.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and renewals (visas, Emirates ID, insurance).
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with MOHRE and UAE labor laws.

Office Administration Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, petty cash, and supplier coordination.
  • Manage official correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support management with reports, scheduling, and internal communications.

Fit-Out & Renovation-Specific Admin Responsibilities

  • Permits & Approvals: (Prepare and submit applications for DDA, DCD, and Dubai Municipality permits).
  • Apply for approvals and permits via developer portals(Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Properties, etc.).
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and authorities to ensure timely approvals.
  • NOCs & Compliance (Collect and submit required documents such as Ejari, title deed, landlord approvals, tenancy contracts).
  • Follow up on Landlord/Developer NOCs and authority clearances.
  • Regulatory Management. (Maintain records of permits, approvals, and renewals AND ensure compliance with health, safety, and Dubai civil defense requirements).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years UAE experience in HR/Admin (preferably in a fit-out/renovation company).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, and WPS payroll processing.
  • Experience handling DDA/DCD approvals, developer portal applications (Emaar, Nakheel, etc.), and Ejari documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/ERP software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
