Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties including office coordination, documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and basic facility management tasks
- Assist the HR department
- Support payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management
- Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative and HR support roles
- Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Age limit: Not more than 35 years
