Admin & HR Operations Officer - Job Description

This role combines HR (Human Resources) + office administration + operations support.

Main Responsibilities

1. HR Responsibilities

Manage recruitment & hiring process

Handle employee relations and workplace issues

Maintain employee records & HR documents

Monitor performance reviews & development plans

Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws

Organize training & employee development programs

Run employee engagement activities

2. Administrative & Operations Tasks

Oversee daily office operations

Coordinate projects and internal processes

Manage HR systems (HRIS) and payroll

Handle documentation, reporting, and audits

Ensure workplace safety & compliance

Solve operational problems before escalation

3. Skills Required

Strong communication (Arabic + English)

Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Zoho, HRIS)

Good organization & multitasking

Understanding of labor law & compliance

Problem-solving and leadership skills

4. Typical Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related)

Experience in:

HR + admin combined role

Payroll / HR systems

Driving license sometimes required.
