Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, office coordination, filing, and document management.
- Support HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, memos, and internal communications.
- Coordinate employee requests, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel or logistics when needed.
- Liaise with government platforms (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Absher) when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to management and project teams.
Requirements
- Female, Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Admin and/or HR roles (Oil & Gas experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
