We are expanding our operations in Riyadh and seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our growing team.Position Summary:The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing all procurement activities&mdash;both local and international&mdash;to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the oil and gas sector and a proven track record working with or for Saudi Aramco.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.</li><li>Manage vendor qualification, selection, and performance evaluation.</li><li>Handle tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi regulations, and Aramco procurement standards.</li><li>Coordinate with project management, engineering, and finance teams to fulfill project material requirements.</li><li>Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization.</li><li>Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Saudi National (mandatory)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in both local and international markets, preferably in the oil and gas or energy sectors.</li><li>Ex-Aramco experience (either as a direct employee or as a contractor/supplier) is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a leading energy company in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;13,000.00 - &#65020;16,000.00 per month

Project Manager / Construction Manager (Piping/Pipeline)Job Description: The Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities, ensuring that work is performed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with Aramco's quality standards.This position is for a one-year project in KSA &amp; maybe renewed.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage onsite construction activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Aramco construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Monitor and resolve any issues related to site activities.</li><li>Ensure all permits and approvals are in place before starting work.</li><li>Prepare progress reports.</li><li>Lead and manage project execution from initiation to completion.</li><li>Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with Aramco guidelines.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.</li><li>Liaise with Aramco representatives and other stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Ex-Aramco experience is an adavntage</li><li>Proven Track record in Pipping &amp; Pipeline works</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;12,000.00 - &#65020;20,000.00 per month
