Job Purpose
The Loyalty Programs Commercial Manager is responsible for developing, commercializing, and managing customer loyalty solutions and partnerships that drive revenue growth, customer retention, engagement, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy
- Develop loyalty program commercial strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams.
- Build annual business plans and commercial forecasts.
Partnership Management
- Develop strategic partnerships with banks, telecom operators, airlines, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate commercial agreements.
- Manage partner performance and profitability.
Product Development
- Design loyalty and rewards programs.
- Develop customer engagement initiatives.
- Launch new loyalty products and services.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions.
Revenue Management
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor commercial KPIs.
- Analyze program financial performance.
Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct customer behavior analysis.
- Recommend program enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 6–10 years of commercial, loyalty, CRM, or business development experience.
- Experience managing loyalty programs.
- Experience in fintech, telecom, retail, airline, banking, or technology sectors preferred.

Pay: E£50.00 - E£70,000.00 per month
