Business Development Manager - Developer Sales

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in developer sales within the Egyptian real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding relationships with developers and key stakeholders in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, investors, and industry partners in Egypt.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company's market presence.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with developers and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or developer sales within the Egyptian real estate market.
• Proven track record of working with real estate developers in Egypt.
• Strong network and relationships within the Egyptian real estate industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with leading real estate developers in Egypt.
• International real estate exposure is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Pay: E£35,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per year
