Business Development Manager — AI Sales | Cairo, Egypt

Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with leading company in AI industry— to identify an exceptional Business Development Manager based in Cairo. This is a player-coach role. You close deals personally and lead a team of 10 Growth Representatives doing the same. You own the number, the playbook, and the operating rhythm.

The Role

You will run a high-velocity outbound sales motion targeting SMB accounts across Egypt and GCC — from discovery through to conversion and account retention.

What We're Looking For

6+ years in sales — top-quartile attainment, President's Club, or numbers you can show
2+ years formally leading a sales team — team target, not just personal quota
Experience in high-velocity SMB sales motion
Has built or improved a sales playbook at a fast-growing company
Native Arabic and English — Egyptian and Gulf market experience is a strong advantage
Background in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, fintech, or ERP is a plus
Based in Cairo — on-site role
