We are looking for a visionary Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of a your portfolio. You won&rsquo;t just be managing a brand; you will be the &quot;CEO of your category,&quot; driving market share, defining consumer narratives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional growth in one of the region's most dynamic markets. 
Your Impact (Key Responsibilities)<ul><li>
Strategic Brand Planning: Develop and execute annual brand plans and long-term marketing strategies that align with regional business objectives.</li><li>
P&amp;L Ownership: Manage the brand budget (A&amp;P) with a sharp focus on ROI, pricing strategies, and bottom-line profitability.</li><li>
Consumer Insights: Translate market research and Egyptian consumer trends into actionable growth opportunities and &quot;winning&quot; communication campaigns.</li><li>
Innovation &amp; NPD: Lead the end-to-end launch of New Product Developments (NPD), from concept stage to trade execution.</li><li>
360&deg; Campaigns: Orchestrate high-impact ATL and BTL campaigns, ensuring a seamless brand voice across digital, TV, and on-ground activations.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure product availability and excellence in trade execution.</li></ul> 
What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>
Experience: 5&ndash;7 years of marketing experience within the FMCG sector (essential). Experience in the Egyptian market is a must.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.</li><li>
Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with Nielsen data, market share analysis, and financial forecasting.</li><li>
Creative Flair: You have a proven track record of storytelling and building emotional connections with consumers.</li><li>
Communication: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>
Agility: A &quot;can-do&quot; attitude with the ability to pivot in a fast-changing market environment.</li></ul></div>
