You won’t just be managing a brand; you will be the "CEO of your category," driving market share, defining consumer narratives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional growth in one of the region's most dynamic markets.
Your Impact (Key Responsibilities)

Strategic Brand Planning: Develop and execute annual brand plans and long-term marketing strategies that align with regional business objectives.

P&L Ownership: Manage the brand budget (A&P) with a sharp focus on ROI, pricing strategies, and bottom-line profitability.

Consumer Insights: Translate market research and Egyptian consumer trends into actionable growth opportunities and "winning" communication campaigns.

Innovation & NPD: Lead the end-to-end launch of New Product Developments (NPD), from concept stage to trade execution.

360° Campaigns: Orchestrate high-impact ATL and BTL campaigns, ensuring a seamless brand voice across digital, TV, and on-ground activations.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure product availability and excellence in trade execution.
What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 5–7 years of marketing experience within the FMCG sector (essential). Experience in the Egyptian market is a must.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with Nielsen data, market share analysis, and financial forecasting.

Creative Flair: You have a proven track record of storytelling and building emotional connections with consumers.

Communication: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
