Project Location(s): Islamabad, Pakistan

Education: Bachelor’s degree in an HR/admin-related field

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repair work.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
  • Assist in arranging company events, meetings, and travel bookings.
  • Assist senior admin staff with routine tasks and special assignments.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0-1 year or a few months of experience in administration.
