Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Support the HR and admin team in documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain student/employee records and update databases.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide basic information.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic accounts-related entries.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow.
- Help in event coordination, meetings, and internal activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the admin or management team.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Organized, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle tasks responsibly.
