Position: Admin & Logistics Officer (Entry Level)

We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Admin & Logistics Officer for our well-known drug pharma company since 2003.
Location: Sojitra GIDC, Anand, Gujarat
Department: Administration & Logistics
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
Qualification: MBA / M. Com / Master’s in Supply chain or Logistics
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office administration and coordination work.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, files, and registers.
- Handle office supplies, stationery management, and vendor coordination.
- Support meeting arrangements, visitor management, and hospitality.
- Assist in preparing letters, notices, and internal communication.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping supervision for the office premises.
Logistics Responsibilities:
- Assist in inbound and outbound logistics coordination.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, etc.
- Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.
- Track shipments and update concerned departments.
- Maintain logistics records, GRN, stock movement entries, and other documentation.
- Support the purchase team in collecting quotations, comparing prices, and following up with suppliers.
- Ensure proper documentation for material movement across locations.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with teams.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
