Job Opportunity – Admin Manager

Location: Sialkot
Industry: Apparel & Boxing Gloves Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced and organized Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations, facility management, and support company operations in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall administrative operations of factory and offices
  • Supervise security, transport, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
  • Handle company vehicles, fuel, and driver management
  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure factory discipline, attendance coordination, and administrative policies
  • Coordinate with HR and Management for administrative matters
  • Handle repair & maintenance of building and factory facilities
  • Maintain administrative records and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA / MBA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of Admin experience in manufacturing industry (Apparel/Gloves preferred)
  • Strong management and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Must be based in Sialkot
