Novaplast Custom Molders Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage the company's administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facility management, security, housekeeping, vendor management, transportation, statutory compliance (including EOBI and SESSI), and Health & Safety requirements. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of office and factory facilities.
  • Oversee facility management, including building maintenance, repairs, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office, warehouse, and production premises.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, drivers, and other support staff.
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses and departmental budgets.
  • Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and company assets.
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements and company vehicle management.
  • Maintain records related to administrative activities, contracts, licenses, and agreements.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external service providers when required.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts, licenses, permits, and certifications.
  • Ensure timely registration, maintenance, and compliance of employees under EOBI and SESSI.
  • Coordinate employee enrollment, contribution submissions, and record management related to EOBI and SESSI.
  • Keep management informed about changes in labor laws, EOBI, and SESSI regulations, and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Coordinate with all departments to address administrative requirements.
  • Support management in organizing company events, meetings, and corporate activities.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of facility management, vendor management, and administrative controls.
  • Sound understanding of Occupational Health & Safety standards and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Budgeting and cost-control skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment..
