Note: 1.3L Engine Car with maintenance + 100L fuel + Accommodation will be provided along with other benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records; prepare payroll inputs.
- Manage onboarding and exit formalities for site employees, including ID cards.
- Maintain statutory registers (EOBI, SESSI, labor, visitors, vehicles, etc.) and audit/HSE records.
- Coordinate with procurement for PR/PO processing, delivery follow-ups, and vendor billing.
- Supervise store operations (feed, vaccines, PPE, spares); perform daily stock counts and reconciliations.
- Handle site petty cash, fuel, advances, and reimbursements with proper documentation.
- Manage transport logistics (pickups, loaders, tractors) and maintain vehicle records.
- Oversee utilities, power, GEN sets, water, sanitation, and accommodation maintenance.
- Ensure site security, gate pass controls, and visitor compliance with biosecurity protocols.
- Liaise with vendors, local authorities, and company departments (Admin, HR, Finance, Procurement).
- Prepare daily dashboards, weekly cost summaries, and monthly audit reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or Commerce.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in site administration (poultry, agri, food, or industrial setup).
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle/Odoo) preferred.
- Sound understanding of labor laws, HSE, and audit documentation.
- Strong communication in Urdu; Sindhi language skills a plus.
- Motorcycle/driver’s license preferred.
Work Schedule:
- 6-day work week, full-time on-site role.
