We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Admin Manager to oversee Administration, Maintenance, and Security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and facility operations
- Oversee maintenance activities, including electrical systems and infrastructure
- Ensure effective security management and implementation of safety protocols
- Supervise housekeeping, asset management, and vendor coordination
- Monitor preventive maintenance and operational efficiency
- Lead administrative staff and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Retired Army Officer (Major preferred).
- Proven experience in Administration, Security Management, and Facility Management.
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations, including electrical systems and infrastructure management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational functions effectively.
Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
