Admin & Merchandiser (Garment Manufacturing)

We are looking for an experienced Admin & Merchandiser to join our garment manufacturing team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a garment manufacturing company.

Strong knowledge of the garment production process from order confirmation to delivery.

Experience in handling purchase orders, production follow-up, and supplier coordination.

Ability to prepare costing sheets, quotations, and production reports.

Good understanding of fabrics, trims, accessories, and garment specifications.

Experience in coordinating with factories, clients, and shipping teams.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Follow up customer orders from inquiry to delivery.

Coordinate with production, suppliers, and clients.

Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and production documents.

Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.

Update reports and maintain accurate records.

Support daily administrative and merchandising activities.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
