Key Responsibilities:Office Support Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, meeting rooms, and pantry areas at all times.
- Prepare and serve refreshments for staff and visitors as required.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical support tasks as directed.
- Assist in the setup of meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, stationery, and refreshments.
- Deliver and collect documents or parcels between departments and external parties when necessary.
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are properly maintained and report any issues to the Admin Officer.
- General Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining office assets and equipment records.
- Support in handling office maintenance requests and coordinating with vendors when required.
- Perform any other administrative or support tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (office boy, store assistant, or admin support).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and office procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Physically fit to carry light loads when required.
