Admin Officer

Gharo, Pakistan

Top Engineering Construction is looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Officer for our project located at Gharo. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth site operations, and supporting management in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Oversee attendance, staff records, and site-level HR support.
  • Coordinate logistics including accommodation, transport, and office supplies.
  • Handle correspondence, reporting, and communication with head office.
  • Assist in procurement and vendor coordination for site requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and site regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, preferably in construction/project sites.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to be based at Gharo project site.
