Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations.
  • Have knowledge in marketing, social media coordination, and promotional activities. (basic knowledge on editing and posting)
  • Ensure smooth workflow across all administrative functions.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
  • Handle office budgeting, procurement, and supply management.
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for payments and reconciliations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide necessary support.
  • Prepare reports, contracts, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Female only

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in administration or office management.
✅ Strong knowledge of invoice processing and financial documentation.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (if applicable).
✅ Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
