· To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and manage house keeping

· To supervise administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.

· To track stocks of office supplies such as groceries, stationery, etc. and place orders when necessary.

· Managing & Organizing functions and social events.

· To ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed

· Responsible for the processing of administrative invoices (Repair and maintenance) and resolving administrative problems and queries

· Responsible for Petty cash handling.

· Responsible for organizing and overseeing all routine vehicle checks

· To maintain employee family medical data records. And managing medical emergencies with the medical service provider

· Prepare material request sheets and initiate the process to procure material as and when required

· Responsible to assist in preparation of annual budget for administration department.

· managing of all types of transport services (company / contractual) to ensure timely and prompt pick & drop facility to employees

Job Specification:

Education: Bachelors

Experience: -2 Years

Competencies: MS Office, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management & Priority Setting, Listening & Organizing, Obtaining Objective Information, Problem Identification, Decision-Making Reporting, Vendor Management and Budget Management

Gender: Male

Location: Port Qasim – Karachi (Preference will be given to candidates living near Port Qasim).
