Admin Officer

Responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting internal departments through coordination, document handling, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, supplies, and stationery inventory
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility-related support
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics (if applicable)
  • Oversee vendor relationships, quotations, and billing verification
  • Maintain administrative records, documentation & filing systems
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communication
  • Support HR in onboarding arrangements & employee facility needs
  • Ensure availability of utilities, equipment & office resources
  • Manage courier/dispatch & incoming mail
  • Enforce office guidelines, cleanliness & safety protocols
  • Assist with procurement processes as required
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and required documentation
Qualification
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business/Admin)
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Administrative or Office Management role
  • Language: English is a must have
