Responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting internal departments through coordination, document handling, and resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, supplies, and stationery inventory
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility-related support
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics (if applicable)
- Oversee vendor relationships, quotations, and billing verification
- Maintain administrative records, documentation & filing systems
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communication
- Support HR in onboarding arrangements & employee facility needs
- Ensure availability of utilities, equipment & office resources
- Manage courier/dispatch & incoming mail
- Enforce office guidelines, cleanliness & safety protocols
- Assist with procurement processes as required
- Prepare reports, summaries, and required documentation
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business/Admin)
- Experience: 1-3 years in Administrative or Office Management role
- Language: English is a must have
