Admin Officer

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to join our manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of administrative experience and the ability to efficiently manage office operations, facilities, and coordination tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Handle facility management, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Preferred Skills:

  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with office management tools and systems
