Job Descriptions

• Track and manage all invoice processes, ensuring timely submission, approval, and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate approval workflows in line with company policies and internal controls
• Support contract-related and procurement processes, including documentation and follow-up with suppliers
• Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the office
• Act as a coordination point between HR, Administration, Finance, Procurement, and Management teams
• Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation
• Support office-related needs such as service providers, vendors, and facility-related follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
• Provide general administrative support to management when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from university
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative, office management, or coordination roles
• Experience in invoice tracking, approval processes, or procurement coordination is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
