  • Manage daily administrative operations of the office
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
  • Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory management
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
  • Support travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and logistics
  • Assist in arranging meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Maintain attendance records and assist HR in administrative tasks
  • Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and proper working environment
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers)
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in an Admin Officer or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle office operations independently
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
