Job Summary
Imperial Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office management. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
- Assist in travel arrangements, meetings, and event coordination
- Monitor utility bills, office maintenance, and facility management
- Support HR and management in routine operational tasks
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fresh to 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
