Admin Officer

Job Summary

Imperial Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office management. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
  • Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
  • Assist in travel arrangements, meetings, and event coordination
  • Monitor utility bills, office maintenance, and facility management
  • Support HR and management in routine operational tasks
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Fresh to 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
