Our fast-growing company is currently in need of Admin Officers to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Graduate preferrable administrative, accounting or other related field.
- Has excellent attention to details
- Well-organized
- Has excellent communication skills
- Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge in billing/invoicing is an added value
- Strong personality and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Successful applicants will cover the tasks which includes but are not limited to:
- Clerical tasks such as data encoding, scanning, e-mail monitoring, responding to messages etc.
- Case check-in of the newly received items
- Filling and documentation of work orders
- Packing and Delivery preparation
- Case Flow Tracking and system monitoring
- Pick-Up and Delivery arrangements
- Post delivery follow-ups and tracking
- Maintenance and Organization of the working station
- Other tasks related to job designation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
