Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer (UAE National) to support our sales and operations teams. The role involves day-to-day administrative coordination, meeting and calendar management, and operational support to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams.
- Assist the sales team with basic coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Support operations with internal coordination and tracking of tasks.
- Manage meeting scheduling, calendar management, and meeting room coordination.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and basic MIS as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Handle email communication, document filing, and record maintenance.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
- UAE National (Emiratisation requirement).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to support both sales and operational functions.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
