Job Vacancy: Admin / HR / Digital Marketing Officer

A Electromechanical & Contracting Company is looking to hire an Admin Officer who will also handle some HR and Digital Marketing tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties (Admin):

  • Handle daily administrative correspondence and emails.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules.
  • Prepare reports and follow up with management.
  • Organize and maintain company files and records.

Human Resources Duties (HR):

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files.
  • Coordinate with the accountant regarding payroll.
  • Follow up on visas, labor cards, and related documents when required.

Digital Marketing Duties:

  • Manage company social media accounts.
  • Post basic content about company services and projects.
  • Respond to inquiries and forward them to the concerned department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or engineering background is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • English language proficiency (Arabic is an advantage).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 3,000 (All Inclusive).
