Job Vacancy: Admin / HR / Digital Marketing Officer
A Electromechanical & Contracting Company is looking to hire an Admin Officer who will also handle some HR and Digital Marketing tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties (Admin):
- Handle daily administrative correspondence and emails.
- Coordinate meetings and schedules.
- Prepare reports and follow up with management.
- Organize and maintain company files and records.
Human Resources Duties (HR):
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Prepare and maintain employee files.
- Coordinate with the accountant regarding payroll.
- Follow up on visas, labor cards, and related documents when required.
Digital Marketing Duties:
- Manage company social media accounts.
- Post basic content about company services and projects.
- Respond to inquiries and forward them to the concerned department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or engineering background is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HR functions.
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- English language proficiency (Arabic is an advantage).
